Jess Barkhan

Founder/Breathwork Instructor

Growing up, I struggled with anxiety, depression, emotional pain, and a deep sense of disconnection from myself. Throughout my younger years, I often felt lost, unsure of where I belonged, and unsure how to face what I was carrying internally.

By Year 10, I left school without direction, and those unresolved struggles eventually led me toward addiction, self-destruction, and escapism. Drugs became a way to numb the pain I didn’t yet know how to process.

Beneath it all, there was always a deeper search for peace, truth, meaning, and healing.

At 21, my life began to shift through powerful spiritual experiences during meditation, opening the doorway to self-inquiry, healing, and transformation. I immersed myself in meditation, breathwork, nervous system healing, embodiment practices, and Eastern yogic and spiritual traditions.

Over time, breathwork became one of the most transformative tools in my healing journey. It helped me process emotions, regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and experience greater clarity, presence, and inner peace.

Today, my focused on nervous system healing, emotional wellbeing, somatic healing, and embodied transformation through breathwork and meditation.

Through trauma-informed facilitation, my work supports people in reconnecting with themselves, releasing stress and emotional blockages, and cultivating greater presence, regulation, healing, and inner peace.
